About Brayns
We are a small team teaching machines to run compliance work end-to-end. Brayns reads how operators actually work — documents, case history, the judgment of senior people — and turns that structure into agents that execute continuously, traceably, at scale.
The role
We’re building what we believe will be one of the next unicorns out of Stockholm — and every deal we close, every room we fill, and every relationship we build is part of that story.
This is not a support role. It’s a front-row seat to how a high-conviction B2B company builds pipeline from scratch — events, dinners, outbound, and relationships. You’ll work directly with the founders, own the operational detail that makes the GTM machine run, and see the full picture of how we sell.
If you’re early in your career and want to understand how commercial growth actually works — not in theory, but in practice — this is the place.
This role is onsite in Stockholm and open only to candidates who already live in Stockholm.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end logistics for our roundtable dinners, conferences, and launch events — venues, invitations, RSVPs, catering, AV, everything. We run dinners every month and attend 7+ conferences per year.
- Be present at every event with one mandate: capture every meaningful conversation before leaving the venue.
- Keep our CRM clean, current, and useful — contact enrichment, data entry, de-duplication, and stage updates after every event and meeting.
- Produce commercial assets — one-pagers, CFO briefs, business cases with a prospect’s own numbers, follow-up summaries — within hours of a meeting, not days.
- Run the pre-event ritual: attendee research, LinkedIn connection requests, meeting confirmations, and briefing notes so the team arrives prepared.
- Build and enrich the lead pipeline using tools like Clay, finding the right stakeholders, sourcing contact information, and keeping the pipeline current.
What we look for
- Organised to an unusual degree. You find satisfaction in a process that runs without friction and get quietly frustrated when it doesn’t.
- Fast and self-directed. You don’t need to be managed through a task. You see what needs doing and do it.
- Genuinely curious about the space. You don’t need to be a compliance expert, but you should find the intersection of AI, financial regulation, and B2B sales interesting rather than dry.
- Comfortable with tools. Attio, Clay, LinkedIn, and similar — or quick to get up to speed without much handholding.
- A clear communicator. Events involve a lot of coordination with venues, attendees, and contacts. You represent us in those conversations.
Nice to have
- Experience in events, sales ops, startup operations, or a similarly fast-moving commercial environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or data enrichment platforms.
- Any exposure to fintech, regtech, or financial services.
