1. Who we are

Brayns AB, org.nr 559539-6325, Birger Jarlsgatan 32, 114 29 Stockholm, Sweden (Brayns, we, us) is the controller of personal data processed as described in this policy. Questions and requests can be sent to contact@brayns.ai.

2. What we collect

We process the personal data you give us when you contact us, book a demo, subscribe to updates or apply for a role: typically name, work email, employer, job title and the content of your message.

When you visit brayns.ai we process limited technical data such as pages viewed and approximate region, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process it

We process personal data to respond to you, to provide and improve our services, to run recruitment, and to send communications you have asked for. The legal bases under the GDPR are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and developing Brayns, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under data processing agreements, with professional advisers where needed, and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

We keep processing in the EU/EEA wherever possible. Where a transfer outside the EU/EEA is unavoidable, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymise it. Recruitment data is kept in line with Swedish discrimination-law requirements before deletion.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local supervisory authority.
